In the world we live in it is important to know who we are hiring, dating, or entrusting with our children or elderly parents/family. Our investigators have access to information that the general public does not. This allows them to find more information about an individual than the average person.
If doing a background check for a new hire, written consent is required by the potential hire. On individuals without written consent, the searches are more limited. This is due to data privacy laws.
